Week 5: 9/9 & 9/12 Taking crosses & distribution (following securing the ball from a cross)
Week 6: 9/16 & 9/19 Taking crosses & distribution (following securing the ball from a cross)
Week 7: 9/23 & 9/26 Short distribution with Hands and Feet
Week 8: 9/30 & 10/3 Longer Distribution with hands and feet
Week 9: 10/7 & 10/10 1 v 1's (incorporate rebounds)
Week 10: 10/14 & 10/17
Dealing with through balls, playing off the goalline & staying connected with the defence
